At the Competence Centre for Diversity and Inclusion at the University of St.Gallen, we are dedicated to providing a comprehensive educational foundation in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I). Our courses, available across various levels at the University of St.Gallen (HSG), encourage students to critically engage with DE&I themes and equip them with practical insights and tools to drive meaningful change.
Our faculty, including experts like Prof. Dr. Gudrun Sander, Dr. Ines Hartmann, and Christian Pierce, lead courses covering essential topics such as “Unconscious Bias,” “International Diversity Management,” and “Increasing Racial and Ethnic Equity in Switzerland.” These programmes range from undergraduate courses to executive-level training, all designed to address biases, diversity challenges, and the role of inclusivity in decision-making.
Beyond university courses, we offer seminars, bespoke coaching sessions, and in-house training for external audiences. Our offerings are tailored to various professional needs, whether you’re looking to deepen your expertise or are new to DE&I topics. Highlights include our annual St.Gallen Diversity & Inclusion Week and our online course, Successful through Diversity & Inclusion, ideal for those seeking practical, up-to-date insights in DE&I. We also provide free webinars exploring pivotal DE&I themes each year, fostering a space for ongoing learning and reflection.
