Become an ally! The Male-Allyship Training is a training for men who want to become competent advocates for gender equality. Unfortunately, gender equality is often seen as a women’s issue only. However, equality only works when women AND men contribute to equality. In this training, you will learn to make equality a reality by, among other things, better recognizing systemic inequalities, reflecting on your privileges, and shedding fears of being an ally. You will learn tools to counter microaggressions and contribute to better togetherness.

Our workshops are fully tailored to your needs, emphasizing little theory and a lot of practice. We focus on HR processes like recruitment, assessments, and promotions, using highly relevant organizational cases. During Unconscious Bias Trainings, we present practice-relevant research and examples, with interactive exercises to consolidate learning. We offer the possibility to set different focal points, considering various diversity dimensions such as gender, age, nationality, and more.
Our Anti-Racism Training draws from global experience and research to offer a one-day workshop focused on mitigating workplace racism. In our Reverse Mentorship program, BAME (Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic) junior leaders educate senior leaders on race and ethnicity, fostering empathy and inclusive decision-making. Both initiatives aim to strengthen organizational bonds and enhance performance by addressing the critical issues of racism and ethnic discrimination.
