However, equality only works when women AND men contribute to equality. In this training, you will learn to make equality a reality by, among other things, better recognizing systemic inequalities, reflecting on your privileges, and shedding fears of being an ally. You will learn tools to counter microaggressions and contribute to better togetherness.

Our Anti-Racism Training draws from global experience and research to offer a one-day workshop focused on mitigating workplace racism.
