Education

Nico did his bachelor's degree at BASF SE in Ludwigshafen, where he studied International Business Administration. He proceeded to complete a master's degree in management at WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management and Università Luigi Bocconi. Currently, Nico is pursuing a Ph.D. at the University of St. Gallen as part of the Programme in Management (PMA), where he focuses on psychological safety and perceived virtuality in working teams.

Professional Career

Nico is currently working as a Research Assistant at the CCTT where he leads the Centre's business strategy and client engagement activities. He stays at St. Gallen University as part of his Ph.D.-leave from Kearney in Zurich, where he worked for 2 years as a (senior) consultant in the automotive and telecommunication practices. Nico also gathered work experience as part of a rotation programme at BASF SE which included management consulting, purchasing, supply chain management, product management, and a 6-month stay in a finance department in Kuala Lumpur.
