Nicole Niedermann

Nicole Niedermann is part of the management team and is responsible for corporate projects, HSG Diversity Benchmarking and People & Culture.

Since 2019 she consults organizations in various industries in effectively implementing their DE&I strategies. She’s acting as a senior advisor and coach to companies as well as to industry associations on topics such as strategy development, organizational culture & change, inclusive leadership, intersectionality, and unconscious bias. 

Nicole holds a master’s degree in Work and Organisational Psychology and Business Administration from the University of Fribourg and has been working in the field of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for more than ten years, of which she worked several years in the private sector spearheading the DE&I topic in a global function.
