Aída studied Spanish Philology at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and later obtained a teaching diploma for secondary schools at the Pädagogische Hochschule Bern. For 14 years, she founded and successfully ran her own Spanish language school in Lucerne, Switzerland. She later obtained a Certificate of Advanced Studies in General Management through the 'Women Back to Business' program at the University of St. Gallen, and in 2022, she joined the Competence Centre for Diversity and Inclusion.
