Ines Hartmann

Together with Gudrun Sander, Ines Hartmann heads the Competence Centre for Diversity & Inclusion at the Research Institute for International Management at the University of St.Gallen (FIM-HSG).

She is responsible for the platform Diversity Works and the HSG Diversity Benchmarking. She also leads company-specific projects on inclusive leadership and diversity & inclusion.

She teaches at universities and other schools on the topics of D&I and strategic management and publishes on topics such as diversity management and inclusive organisational culture.
