
One of our key areas of research investigates the composition and diversity of top management teams (TMT) and boards. A recent five-year project in this research area was funded by the European Comission’s Sixth Framework Programme. This project was successfully completed in 2010. The antecedents and consequences of TMT and board diversity is also the topic of several current and recent dissertation projects at FIM-HSG and has already produced a number of publications in highly-rated international journals.
