At the Research Institute for International Management, we not only commit ourselves to share knowledge with academia, but also to exchange best practices with professionals from the business world.
Bachelor's Degree Courses
Courses at the bachelor level focus on providing an appreciation of what it means to work in different cultural environments, and/or with colleagues originating from other parts of the world.
Master's Degree Courses
Courses at the master level take a strategic and more abstract perspective, looking at how effective multinational corporations manage different product groups, functions and geographies all at the same time. Most courses offered at this level are within the Master of Strategy and International Management (SIM) program.
Doctoral level (PhD)
FIM also offers students to take part in doctoral programs, e.g. FIM offers PhD courses which belong to the "management" field. Courses at the doctoral level address leading theories on international management, and review the research skills needed to carry out research independently.
Executive Education
Executive education ranges from Executive MBA to onsite training. Most executive education is organised by the HSG-Executive School, the EMBA or the MBA programs as well as by using external networks, e.g. personal contacts.
