
Executive engagement is considered a critical success factor in strategic customer relationships. In many firms, however, senior executives are under-leveraged or even misused sales assets. On October 18, 2012, CGAM Director Christoph Senn will host a roundtable at the Executive School of St.Gallen University. Interactive sessions will allow for an in-depth sharing of ideas and experiences among participants.
